How to Use Single Essential Oils & Suggested Dilutions
Diffuser: Add 5~10 drops of pure essential oil to 50ml of water (0.5~1% dilution). We recommend diffusing for 20 minutes.
Facial care: For 30ml of carrier oil or unscented lotion, use 3 drops of pure essential oil for sensitive skin or 6 drops for normal skin (0.5~1% dilution).
Full-body massage: Add 12 drops of pure essential oil to 30ml of carrier oil or unscented lotion (2% dilution).
Spot massage (e.g., joints or acupressure points): Add 30 drops of pure essential oil to 30ml of carrier oil or unscented lotion (5% dilution).
