About Palmarosa Essential Oil

Palmarosa essential oil is steam-distilled from the leaves of palmarosa (Cymbopogon martinii), a member of the grass family.

Though it isn't rose, its distinctly rosy aroma makes it a popular alternative or complement to rose essential oil.

How to Use Single Essential Oils & Suggested Dilutions

Diffuser: Add 5–10 drops of pure essential oil to 50ml of water (0.5–1% dilution). We recommend diffusing for 20 minutes.

Facial care: For 30ml of carrier oil or unscented lotion, use 3 drops of pure essential oil for sensitive skin or 6 drops for normal skin (0.5–1% dilution).

Full-body massage: Add 12 drops of pure essential oil to 30ml of carrier oil or unscented lotion (2% dilution).

Spot massage (e.g., joints or acupressure points): Add 30 drops of pure essential oil to 30ml of carrier oil or unscented lotion (5% dilution).
