About Bergamot Essential Oil

Bergamot essential oil is extracted from the peel of the bergamot fruit (Citrus bergamia), with an unusual blend of fresh citrus and elegant floral notes.

FCF (Furocoumarin Free) means the photosensitizing compounds (furocoumarins) have been removed, greatly reducing phototoxicity and making it safer for everyday skincare and product formulations.

How to Use Single Essential Oils & Dilution Guidelines

Diffuser: Add 5~10 drops of pure essential oil to 50ml of water (0.5~1% dilution). We recommend diffusing for 20 minutes at a time.

Facial care: For 30ml of carrier oil or unscented lotion, use 3 drops of pure essential oil for sensitive skin or 6 drops for normal skin (0.5~1% dilution).

Full-body massage: Add 12 drops of pure essential oil to 30ml of carrier oil or unscented lotion (2% dilution).

Spot massage (e.g., joints or acupressure points): Add 30 drops of pure essential oil to 30ml of carrier oil or unscented lotion (5% dilution).
